VIRENDRA DALAL (B.Com. F.C.A.)

Virendra Dalal is a commerce graduate from Sydenham College, University of Mumbai and has qualified as a chartered accountant in November 1969.

He has a post qualification experience of more than 32 years in the fields of Audits and Direct Taxation. He has also handled international assignments on internal and operational audits in U.K., Portugal, Kenya and Indonesia.

He also has an academic experience of more than 10 years as a part time lecturer in Accountancy, having worked with the Dahanukar College of Commerce and Economics affiliated to the University of Mumbai.

Sudha Gupta is a chartered accountant since May 1998. She has experience in handling statutory and tax audits.
